ACAMS AS ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.acams.com/ (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Site, as well as for marketing purposes. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

8. Third-party Processing of Data
Third-party Processing of Data is only used for processing target groups and behaviour at our website for marketing purposes. Any Third-party supplier used by ACAMS is conditioned to adhere to the GDPR regulation.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 2022 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.

ANNEX 1
The rights that are referred to in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy must be interpret in accordance with GDPR, and are:
1. Right of access
You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether your Data is being Processed by us, as well as various other information relating to our use of your Data and copies of that information. You also have the right to request access to your Data which we are Processing.
2. Right to erasure
You have the right to request us to erase your Data. We shall comply with your request without delay unless an exception to compliance applies, for example if the Data is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
3. Right to object
You have the right to object to us Processing your Data. The relevant circumstances where you may invoke this right are where we are Processing your Data based on our legitimate interests. If you ask us to stop Processing your Data, we will stop Processing your Data unless we can demonstrate compelling grounds as to why the Processing should continue in accordance with data protection laws or, if the information is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Right to rectification
You have the right to require us to rectify any inaccurate Data we hold about you. You also have the right to have incomplete Data we hold about you completed, by providing a supplementary statement to us.
5. Right to restriction
You have the right to request that we restrict the Processing of your Data. Where any exercise by you of your right to restriction determines that our Processing of particular Data is to be restricted, we will then no longer Process the relevant information, except for storage purposes and for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

7. Right to data portability
