Our project managers are highly qualified and have long experience with airport tower systems on all continents. The project manager is the single point of contact for the customer for the entire duration of the contract.
A key factor to the success of an airport tower system delivery is the proper and accurate analysis of the functional and interface requirements. Our engineers have comprehensive knowledge of the various subsystems associated with the tower and are also familiar with many of the various makes and models thereby ensuring that the requirements for an ACAMS solution can be accurately determined early in the project.
The ACAMS product interfaces and integrates many sub-systems to a single user interface and system integration is an important part of an ACAMS delivery. Our engineers have extensive knowledge and experience in this area thereby ensuring proper operation when integrated with the associated subsystems. We also have the ability to deliver, install and integrate third party systems in order to provide a complete turn-key tower solution.
We provide installation services tailored to the customer requirements. We can provide complete installation including all the expertise and manpower required or, if the customer has manpower available we can provide one expert engineer who will supervise and manage the customer's installation team.
We provide comprehensive operational and maintenance training which can be arranged as dedicated courses specifically for each customer or the customer's staff can join a standard course held periodically.
